**About The Role**
**A bit about the role**
Based in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, the Customer Service Advisor will provide excellent service to customers, Morrison Data Services colleagues & employees of Energy Suppliers via both inbound and outbound telephone calls
**Key Responsibilities for this role**:
- First point of contact for customers, colleagues & Suppliers, providing support to resolve issues, requests and queries
- Promote and maintain a positive attitude, a high level of professionalism and reliability through attendance
- All work to be managed within the agreed department KPIs
- An aptitude for investigating and problem solving
- Liaise with various levels of Morrison Data Services & Suppliers
- Ensure adherence to internal and contractual quality standards
- Ensure all calls are answered and handled within internal and contractual SLAs
- Ensure all expressions of dissatisfaction are handled at first point of contact where able, or escalated immediately to enable prompt resolution
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Inbound and outbound call experience
- Excellent verbal, listening and communication skills
- Demonstrable customer facing role experience
- Well organised and able to prioritise
- Dedicated to the provision of excellent customer service, and desire to go above and beyond for customers
- Professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Delivering objectives and adhering to KPIs
- IT literate

**The package**:
- £10.07 per hour
- 29p per hour of the £10.07 hourly rate of pay is an hourly non-consolidated guaranteed allowance for contracted hours worked.
