**Permanent**

**7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 1:00pm Friday**

**Sales Support Administrator**
- Prioritise loading of RFQs and customer orders onto EFACs and providing support to the Sales Team with pricing and processing of RFQs, Process Order acknowledgements and manage customer expectations through all applicable stages of the sales cycle
- Maintain accurate records of all quotations and orders, provide updates for Sales Eng tickets and maintain accurate records of all customer communications
- Submit QASOR/SOQRs to helpdesk for approval and update internal databases with account information
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and accurate manner and assist in customer escalations as per escalation policy
- Communicate customer feedback to Account Coordinators/Managers
- Updates and distribution of daily booking figures, inbound Sales Enquiries/Sales Inbox and process enquiries where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records within Commshare and FileDirector
- General office responsibilities including but not limited to Scanning, Filing, Lunch requests etc.
- Participate and attend all applicable meetings as well as companywide projects and cross-functional teams to aid with problem solving and internal development

**Sales Support Administrator**
**Essential Qualifications / Experience / Skills**:

- Proven success within a sales and customer focused environment
- Graduate or equivalent qualification with a strong engineering/manufacturing background would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to build positive relationships

**Sales Support Administrator**
**Desirable Qualifications / Experience / Skills**:

- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools would be advantageous
- Has a good under-standing of operations within a manufacturing environment within a sales/customer service environment
