Due to rapid growth we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven business support administrator to work alongside our business support team specifically to champion our steel division.

The Role
- To improve communication between departments
- To reduce intercompany lead times and supply issues
- To reduce sales order errors
- To alleviate admin pressure on sales & transport
- Management of failed orders/issue resolution
- Pre-empt issues & communicate with customers.
- Order oversight from start to finish.
- Operational oversite across group

KPIs
- Order fulfilment On time in full % & Total
- Return requests & Credit notes % & Total
- Failed deliveries % & Total
- Intercompany fulfilment OTIF % & Total

**Responsibilities**:

- Steel Sales Phone Support
- Steel Sales Order Processing
- Steel Order Fulfilment
- Manufacturing - Hire and Sales Fulfilment
- Manufacturing - Powder coat fulfilment
- To plan and co-ordinate teams across multiple sites and provide them with administrative support
- To be the first point of escalation to deal with issues across all sites assess the facts and support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
