Production Administrator

We are currently looking for a **Production Administrator** to join on a permanent full time basis.
As Production Administrator you will be predominantly working in the production office carrying out administrative duties for the Director of Technical Production, Head of Production, Production Management team and wider department.
**Main responsibilities include**:
- Working closely with the Director of Technical Production and Production Managers, compile and distribute staff schedules and departmental rate cards and promoter guides
- Assist with booking agency workers and casual staff and processing related paperwork
- To participate in the specification and implementation of new processes and software for scheduling and information sharing
**Key skills that will help you in this role include**:
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and is able to handle and resolve issues collaboratively
- Able to create and maintain effective administrative procedures and systems
- Able to confidently navigate various software and programs
