**Guest Experience & Property Care Specialist - Liverpool About Us**:
**As one of the UK’s fastest-growing hospitality brands, we provide 4-star short-term rentals in prime central locations across the UK. We’re looking for a guest experience and property care specialist to oversee our Liverpool properties—someone reliable, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.**

**This role is hands-on, and as the sole cleaner, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**CREATING AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE FOR OUR GUESTS**
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable stay. **Check guests in to apartments and respond to inquiries about the accommodation and the local area.**:

- Engage with guests regularly and handle customer service inquiries online, by phone, and in person.
- Monitor essential supplies, including cleaning products, linens, and guest amenities, to ensure the apartments are well-stocked. CLEANING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
- Take full responsibility for cleaning and preparing each apartment to the highest standards before each guest’s arrival.
- Conduct regular cleaning of apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking essentials.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues and coordinate with external contractors as needed to ensure everything is in perfect condition. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES
- **INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY**
- Build rapport with guests to become their go-to resource during their stay.
- Support with sales inquiries, process guest extensions, and handle direct bookings.
- Act as an ambassador within the local community to promote our brand and uphold our values.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude are essential for this customer-facing role.
- A passion for hospitality and keen attention to detail, especially in cleaning and presentation.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. Position Details:

- Pay: £24000.00 per year
- Schedule: 5 days per week between 10-8 Work Location: Liverpool
