Guest Services Host

Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunities for a Club Host to join our growing Rapport team in Liverpool street,

Our client's offices are modern buildings, with meeting rooms and events venues. There are also amazing coffee bars that services the spacious lounges and two large workshops for clients to use for their bigger groups meetings and events.

You will be looking after these innovative spaces, working Monday to Friday, on a shift basis, between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm. Additionally you will need to cover out of hours events.

Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this role will include
- You will be the first point of contact for all customers arriving to the building, providing guests with a warm and professional experience
- You will have a high level of customer focus and be able to deal with enquiries and queries in a pro-active and efficient manner ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- You will be responsible for room set up in accordance with the Club Manager’s instructions
- Assist the Club Manager with the planning and delivery of all aspects relating to events, taking ownership for each task
- Work in partnership with colleagues and service partners to deliver events successfully
- You will be responsible for timely delivery of catering items, stocking up F&B consumables, ensuring that customer facing spaces and back of house pantries are kept up to standard
- Support building team with recycling
- Follow H&S protocols and guidelines.
