**Let’s get to the detail shall we?**

As an amazing Senior Floor Host, it is your role to make sure our guests receive the highest standard of service possible and have the best time We are not just an activity, we are an experience, so we want our guests to be super comfortable and happy throughout their visit.

**Have you got what it takes?**

We are looking for individuals with exuberant personalities that can help us to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers, with a passion to provide **THE BEST** experiences for our guests. Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.

**Essential**
- Experience in working in a busy floor/waiting/host team.
- Knowledge and experience of upsell and team motivation techniques.
- At least 6 months floor/waiting/hosting experience

**Desired**
- Experience in high volume brand equivalent venues.
- Food safety and hygiene qualifications.
- England & Wales Personal License.

**Showcasing your fantastic customer service skills will be the top priority and your role will include**:

- Assist the Duty Manager with the induction, training, coaching and ongoing development of welcome and floor hosts.
- Champion the guest experience by role modelling our standards, ensuring that the steps of service are being consistently observed.
- Ensure that the relevant guest information is embedded into service delivery to ensure that the guests experience is tailored to maximise opportunities to blow peoples’ minds.
- Communication of upsell targets and current performance, providing coaching support for hosts to achieve them.
- Organisation and cleanliness of the venue floor during operational hours to ensure the smooth service delivery for guests.
- Identifies, reports, and escalates venue maintenance issues to the Duty Manager so they are quickly resolved to reduce impact on service.
- Handling administration and paperwork ensuring that all confidential documents are secured, and that any personal data is stored correctly as per company policy.
