**What you will be doing**
- You are the welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
- You will be a key point of contact for our guests - answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns and responding to complaints.
- Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries.
- Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team.
- Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
- Planning and delivering our market leading true life events programme.
- Managing the accommodations social media channels and generating content to support the marketing team
- Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections
- Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed.

- You will have previous front facing, customer service experience in a similar role.

- Ensures a high standard of appearance at all times.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
