Marketing and Communications Officer

Due to an increase in workload, we are actively looking for a focused and driven Marketing and Communications Officer to join our ever-developing team.

Becoming part of the M&C Team you will be working on some exciting and varied projects, and no day will be the same

You will work together with the team to provide innovative marketing campaigns to both the internal business and external wider audience. Not only this, but there will be the opportunity to organise and run events for both internal and external employeesand organisations.

This is a team of 12 people who work together to support each other and share knowledge and understanding. They have truly built a fun and passionate working environment with the strive to provide excellent levels of service and creativity to the end clients.

This exciting role is a permanent contract with a flexible hybrid work pattern 2 days office based and 3 days remote. There will also be a requirement to visit other Centres of Excellence from time to time.

**What you will be doing**:

- Contributing and taking ownership of writing content within the monthly newsletters.
- Collaborating with partners to get the required information to promote the business area.
- Creating presentations for the monthly client meetings and presenting them with support of the senior managers.
- Supporting with the organisation of both internal and external events, along with booking speakers for these events.
- Writing and proof-reading adverts.
- Support with the entries for monthly/annual awards for the clients.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Strong relationship building skills.
- The comfort to work as part of a team.
- Develop new and creative ideas.
- Prior working experience of marketing and communications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office.

**It would be great if you had**:

- Some experience of using Canva.
