**WHAT TO EXPECT**

**The Opportunity**:
Working within Vehicle Programmes, the Purchasing / STA Lead supports model year and new model programmes through delivery and launch. Co-ordination of Purchase / STA workstreams and risk management though sourcing, releasing and industrialisation. Primarily focused on new tooled and modified parts, the role involves monitoring of quality, capacity and commercial readiness.
Identification and mitigation of key part risks via liaison with suppliers and module teams alongside analysis of data inputs such as eAPQP, commodity plans, GSP, eCAR, PSW.
The role involves participation in the cross functional programme cadence including on-site support for programmes in the launch phase.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Purchasing / STA representative supporting programme delivery and launch.
- Participation in delivery and launch phase programme meetings cadence. Presentation of the Purchase / STA status.
- Co-ordination and tracking of sourcing activities. Identification and management of timing risks.
- Parts readiness monitoring, (Quality, Capacity, Commercial) including direct liaison with suppliers.
- Parts readiness risk management and key issues governance.
- PSW tracking, expediting, reporting.
- PCDS deliverable assessment for Purchasing / STA & and co-ordination of recovery actions as required.
- Setup of Supplier readiness and communication events.

- Agile methodology.
