WHAT TO EXPECT
Join our team of next generation thinkers As Product Owner, you will be leading the development effort by conveying the vision to a Scrum Delivery Team, outlining and prioritizing work based on business value. You will liaise with stakeholders ensuring their interests are included in the release, and the team to ensure the release is developed by the deadline. You will also be responsible for the business aspects of the project, including ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order. Serves as the Scrum Delivery Team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making.
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
As a product owner, you will be involved in the delivery of PTSE systems to class leading attribute requirements, lead matrix reports - coordinate and influence a cross-functional team to ensure robust delivery, and lead a team through the engineering, sourcing and delivery of components for vehicle programs on time, quality and cost. You will manage component costs, investment, vendor tooling and design and development, develop, agree and deliver the product on time, and manage conflict and negotiate between parties, where required, to maintain engagement whilst delivering against plan.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Experience of budget and target management
Proven ability to build and manage multiple internal and external relationships in complex stakeholder environments and communicate up to senior management levels within a business
Demonstrate proven track record of leading / managing cross functional Technical Teams and delivery
Proven experience of Programme management, meeting demanding timescales, quality targets, engineering specifications, budget controls and cost-effective delivery.
Experience of full Product cycle delivery - concept to production, including Launch processes.
Experience of solving complex technical issues using a structured approach with the ability to identify areas for improvement
