**Operations Administrator**:

- Spider is supporting our client who is a one-stop package of services for any event or industry. They are currently recruiting an **Operations Administrator**to join their organisation based in Ipswich, Suffolk.

**Do you have a passion for organisation and administration?**

As their **Operations Administrator ,**you will join their team on a full-time basis of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

With a strong administrative background and great organisational skills, you will be responsible for the logístical organisation of hires, servicing and crew and ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly, assisting the Operations Supervisor andManager.

**Your role will include**:

- **Hire** - raising quotes for incoming hires and organising the equipment, crew and transportation for the hire.
- Monitor the long-term lease of equipment and ensure that regular servicing is booked.
- **Scheduling** - contribute to the organisation of the hire planner.
- **Vehicle management** - ensure that vehicle checks, and maintenance are carried out. Management of fuel cards. Process TACHO cards.
- **Freelancer management** - ensure the freelancer teams paperwork and information is up to date. Send out paperwork for new freelancers joining the team.
- **Health and safety** - carry out first aid and fire safety checks in line with procedures.
- **Training room** - assist with training room bookings.

**Skills required**:

- Administration experience
- Knowledge of hire software (training can be given)
- Knowledge of temporary electrical power (training can be given)
- Excellent people skills both in person and over the phone.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation skills and time management.
