**Job Summary**

**1. Enquiry Handling & Conversion**
- Qualify leads and provide detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups and negotiations to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

**2. Event Planning & Coordination**
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients from initial enquiry through to pre-event handover.
- Conduct planning meetings (in person or virtually) to understand client needs, expectations, and event specifics.
- Prepare detailed function sheets and communicate client requirements clearly to internal departments (kitchen, banqueting, AV, front office, etc.).
- Ensure all event details are finalized in advance, including menu selections, room layouts, timings, and equipment needs.

**3. Client Relationship Management**
- Build strong relationships with new and returning clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.
- Gather post-event feedback and work with the team to continuously improve service quality.

**4. Administrative & Reporting Duties**
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner (e.g., contracts, deposits, invoices).
- Stay informed about hotel services, packages, and promotions to upsell where appropriate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Quarterly bonus
