What You'll Bring (Attitude & Aptitude): This role is for talent that excels: Foundation: A recent Event Management Degree, and/or relevant industry exposure from a degree placement or first year in the industry. Meticulous: Exceptional organization for financial accuracy and detailed documentation—the foundation of professional event management. What You'll Do: Manage the full project lifecycle and finances for smaller accounts, working to margin targets. Support senior Account Directors on large-scale, high-profile projects. Ensure all client briefs and project documentation meet high internal standards. Build lower-level client relationships and contribute your fresh ideas to new business pitches.
