If so, we are supporting their multi-award-winning Southwest team in finding an exceptional Business Development Executive. The Opportunity You’ll be the first point of contact for South-West businesses. Your job: identify senior decision-makers, start meaningful conversations, and convert interest into meetings, taster sessions, and events. This is a role for someone who loves outreach, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in an environment where learning and development are part of everyday life. What You’ll Do Generate warm leads through cold calling, social selling, emails, and networking Build a high-quality pipeline of senior decision-makers Post, share, and engage with thought-leading content using the businesses world class marketing collateral. Attend networking events across the Southwest (car required) Convert interest into booked meetings, taster sessions, and speaking opportunities Manage your pipeline through HubSpot and support marketing-led leads Build strong relationships and strategic introductions What You Bring Experience in B2B business development or a passion to be exceptional in this space The ability to generate leads by engaging and communicating with executive level professionals. Ideally skilled with, or the ability to learn quickly, with LinkedIn, HubSpot, CRM tools, and modern BD workflows. Strong communication skills and confidence with decision-makers Organised, proactive, commercially aware, and resilient A genuine hunger for learning, coaching, and self-improvement Willingness to make daily outbound calls and try new approaches Why this role?
