The Role & Responsibilities: As a BDE, you'll play a vital role in identifying and securing large new quotable opportunities in the fire safety and building compliance space. Initial Focus: Daily telemarketing to book high-value introductory meetings with key decision-makers (e.g., fire safety officers, compliance managers, property managers). Progression: You will progress into running your own calls, pitches, and sales cycles, eventually taking accounts full 360—owning client relationships and closing deals. Client Base: You'll sell into specific sectors (e.g., education, NHS, housing, councils) and work with major public and private sector clients like Westminster Council and Chamra Housing. What you learn: World-Class Training: We invest heavily in your development. You will receive sales training over 12-15 months through a premium partnership, including the highly recognized Level 4 Sales Executive Diploma . Clear Progression: Direct paths to Account Manager, Team Lead, or beyond . The company is built on success, with one BDE joining 2 years ago now an Associate Director.
