**Job summary**:
An opportunity for a Personal Assistant (PA) exists within the Engineering and Logistics team (Eng & Logs), the PA will work to Head Eng & Logs and work closely with the Eng & Logs Chief of Staff (COS).
This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.
**Job description**:
You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date diary, producing briefing packs for meetings/event/visits attended by Hd Eng & Logs to ensure that Hd Eng & Logs has all the relevant information to accurately attend.
- Distributing Eng & Logs Meetings requests on behalf of Hd Eng & Logs and ensuring appropriate representation at all meetings.
- Dealing with routine calls, enquiries, and day-to-day matters, and clearly and concisely relaying messages.
- Arranging meetings: attendees, agenda, dates, conference rooms, and VTC equipment as necessary.
- Arranging transport by car, air, train, or sea and booking overnight accommodation as the need arises for Hd Eng & Logs.
- Arranging arrival and departure interviews.
- Collating input from the Eng & Logs Area for the F540.
- Completing the Hospitality Book for Hd Eng & Logs.
- Generating good working collaborations with the Outer Offices within Air Command and other MOD and liaise as required.
- Authorised Demander/Local Security Officer for IT/profile change and ATLAS catalogue requests in the absence of Eng & Logs Business Manager/Deputy Business Manager.
- Provide password resets, nationality verification, and record in the F102 in the absence of Eng & Logs Business Manager/Deputy Business Manager.
