**Brief Role Description**:
We are seeking a Shipping & Logistics Co-ordinator to support our Warehouse team. This exciting opportunity requires a self-motivated, process driven, focused and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic to help us support many of the biggest feature film and TV productions based in the UK. This person must be able to take ownership of every task asked of them and always be ready to find a solution if they come up against an issue.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating shipping within the UK and internationally
- Dealing with Customs for the correct Import and Export of goods
- Following up items that are delayed
- Managing documentation and reports for lost and damaged kit
- Liaising with suppliers
- Raising Purchase Orders for shipping and repairs
- Daily meetings and action any follow-up needed
- Management of the repair database
- Procurement of goods as required, including requesting quotes, lead times and raising purchase orders
- Receiving and processing new products - asset listing and uploading information onto our dedicated asset management system
- Stock management of quarantined items
- Assisting the Engineering Co-ordinator with stock checks when needed
- Assisting the Kit Room Co-ordinator with stock checks when needed
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
- Excellent organisation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Confidence to chase-up suppliers for overdue repairs and reports
- Common sense and initiative
- Process driven
- Conscientious with a positive can-do attitude especially when problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion - working in highly sensitive areas of film production
- Computer literate - strong competency with the MS Office suit - Excel, Word, Outlook. Apple with ability to learn new programs quickly

**Desirable but not essential previous experience**:

- Understanding of the process when sending goods with ATA CARNET
- International Shipping
- Exports & Imports of goods

**Working Conditions**:

- 42.5 hours per week: 9am - 5.30pm.

The Company’s main hours of business are 7am to 7pm. On occasion, you may need the flexibility to work outside of the core schedule but within the business hours.
- Monday to Friday
- Holiday - 20 days per year plus UK bank holidays
