Due to continued growth, we require an additional Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Sowerby Bridge.

The role is in a busy and fast paced office environment so requires someone with excellent attention to detail and who naturally builds relationships. On a day to day basis, you will be answering calls, inputting orders.

Packaging World are passionate about creating great experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities be:

- Keeping regular contact with existing customers to ensure their account is accurate, up to date and the customer is satisfied with the service provided.
- Answering all customers enquiries, advising on delivery dates, price increases and/or offering alternative products.
- Raising customer quotes
- Managing and maintaining the product specifications data base
- Invoicing - matching invoice to delivery notes
- Filing of all documentation such as delivery notes and sales orders daily
- Dealing with Trade counter customers

Successful applicants must have an excellent eye for detail, be highly organised and people focused.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
