Maintenance Administrator

We are looking Maintenance Administrator to join our property management and lettings team located in Glasgow city centre.
As a successful and highly reputable business, we thrive in providing a top-class service to our customers and as such we are looking for a strong administrator / communicator, someone who can think on their feet, offer great attention to detail and be a real team player.
Daily duties of the job:
- Effectively handling calls from landlords, lettings agents and property agents.
- Working with on-site team members (maintenance teams)
- Ensuring all company policies and industry compliances are adhered to at all times.
- Organising, scheduling, and chasing quotes
- Logging and managing any maintenance issues derived from compliance checks, repairs, further gas certification etc.
- Liaising with all parties including service providers to arrange any works needed.
- Administratively progressing the maintenance process including raising and tracking of works to compiling a final invoice.
- Keeping landlords, property agents etc. full informed an updated.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team environment in a busy role. This role would suit someone who has several years’ experience of working in a busy commercial office and customer service orientated environment, in a role that requires the proverbial spinning of plates and juggling of balls.
Working / office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, with the requirement to home-work c. sixteen Saturdays a year.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
