**Atlas Maintenance (Scotland) Ltd **
We are a well-established (33 years) maintenance contractor looking for a skilled and experienced Office Administrator to fulfil a permanent full time career opportunity.
Previous experience of the construction industry would be preferable, although not essential.
The role will be based in our Glasgow office (no homeworking), 39 hour week, 08.30 to 17.00, finishing at 16.00hrs on a Friday.
- High levels of written and spoken English.
- Very well organised and ability to multitask in a fast paced ever changing environment.
- Interpersonal skills dealing with clients and suppliers.
- Diary management and good telephone manner
The role will include, but not be limited to;
- General office admin duties set by the company management.
- Processing pre set reports and supplier statement reconciliation
- Client submissions on excel and client CAFM system
- Data entry - processing Purchase Orders, Timesheets and Expenses
The package will include free life insurance, company pension scheme, plus free on-going training, company uniform or casual dress is optional.
Salary D.O.E.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
