We have a rare opportunity for a new team member to join our busy lettings department in our well established Guildford Branch.

The role would suit a Senior Negotiator or an experienced Lettings Negotiator who is looking for their next move into a more Senior Role, however, we are also happy to consider Lettings Consultants with some industry experience who are looking for a new opportunity in a busy team.

The role involves marketing of lettings stock, working closely with our Landlords, Tenants and Contractors, booking and carrying out viewings, helping to generate new business opportunities and providing excellent customer service.

We can provide full training and development opportunities along with very realistic career progression for the right individual. If you have proven customer service skills, enjoy being a team player and have a passion for the lettings industry we would love to hear from you.

Excellent Package for the right individual. Hours of work are 8.45am - 6.00pm Mon-Fri and 10am - 4pm every 3 Saturdays with time off in lieu.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
