Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Guildford, GU1

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This successful independent Estate Agency with a thriving business in the Guildford area is seeking an ambitious, experienced Letting Negotiator to join their highly effective lettings team.

The perfect candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, be responsible for close communication with all clients and have the ability to build rapport and maintain long term business relationships; offering the "personal touch" that this agency is known for.

Superb sales skills and the ability to win new listings are highly desirable assets that the partners of the firm are seeking. They are also looking for a candidate who is well spoken, articulate, eloquent and exceptionally well presented.

The ideal candidates must have previous experience in residential lettings coupled with excellent communication skills, a personable nature and be a car driver.

The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency, that offers an excellent service to its clients and offers a wide range of properties across Guildford and the surrounding villages.

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

Previous residential lettings experience Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skillsHigh level of customer service skillsGreat telephone manner and positive attitudeExceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivatedKnowledge of the Guildford and surrounding area helpfulFull Driving License essential and car ownerThoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
