Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

A dynamic and established Estate & Lettings Agency is seeking a motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their professional team in Guildford.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing the lettings process from start to finish
  • Building and maintaining strong client and tenant relationships
  • Winning instructions and generating new business opportunities
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
  • Negotiating tenancies and securing successful lets
  • Supporting the wider lettings team in achieving targets
  • Prioritising workload effectively and working to deadlines 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven residential lettings experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus with a positive attitude
  • Confident, professional, and well-presented
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a proactive approach
  • Knowledge of Guildford and surrounding areas (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence and own car essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency
