What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Supporting the lettings team with applicant registration and property listings
  • Arranging and attending property viewings
  • Communicating with tenants and landlords professionally
  • Assisting with referencing and tenancy progression
  • Updating and maintaining CRM systems
  • Learning lettings legislation and best practices

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Experience in a customer facing role or sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for property and a desire to learn
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Smart, professional appearance
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car essential
  • Local knowledge of Guildford and surroundings beneficial
