What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling property sales and lettings enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Conducting property viewings and following up with potential clients
• Negotiating offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business
• Assisting with marketing and property listings as required
• Working to achieve and exceed personal and branch targets
• Providing a consistently high level of customer service throughout the process 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in estate agency sales or lettings preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, articulate, and customer-service focused
• Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-driven
• Smart, professional presentation and attitude
• Knowledge of Guildford and the surrounding area desirable
• Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
