Job Description

Our national fibre broadband client are looking to grow their field sales team in Guildford.  If you're interested in a career in sales and want to work for a company who are experiencing exponential growth, this could be the opportunity for you. 

What's on offer for the Field Sales Executive role:

  • £25,000 per annum basic salary
  • £5,400 car allowance (£450 per month)
  • OTE £45,000 - £80,000 depending on your sales ability

Overview of the Field Sales Executive role:

  • Engaging with your community daily via residential door to door sales
  • Collaborating with your manager to create successful sales and territory plans
  • Door to Door residential field sales selling fibre broadband
  • Identifying, negotiating, and winning new customers on a daily basis
  • Delivering excellent customer experience and product knowledge at every door
  • Striving to exceed KPIs and targets to truly benefit from uncapped commissions
  • Using all tools provided to create healthy pipelines and gather customer data

Background and Experience for the Field Sales Executive role:

  • No experience necessary - full training provided
  • If you have a background in Door to Door, Face to Face or Call Centre sales that would be advantageous
  • Motivated, sales focused and tenacious
  • Full driving license and own transport required
  • Clear DBS check - paid for and conducted by our client
