With the Christmas season approaching e are looking to strengthen our Front of House Team.

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic maths for billing purposes.
- Provide support during busy periods, including assisting with guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Skills**
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on excellent guest services.
- Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Ability to upsell effectively while engaging with customers.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others within the team environment.
