We have an opportunity available for a Senior HR Advisor within our HR team, with a hybrid based approach, and a minimum of 1/2 days per week based at our head office in Warrington, Cheshire. Some occasional travel may be required within working hours. Please

**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**:
Senior HR Advisor (12 month FTC). Hybrid working, minimum 1/2 days per week office based/travel.

You will provide senior HR advice, support and coaching on a range of topics covering generalist HR and employee relations issues such as; disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, performance management, maternity, holidays and TUPE.

Qualifications:

Applicants need to have a level 5 CIPD qualification, or alternatively HR Management qualification up to degree level and experience of managing their own ER caseload.
