Join a strong HR team and help support and advice a global company. Looking after one region you will be responsible for supporting the regional managers in all HR issues.

Our client is a UK&I company, with plan for continued growth.

**Description**

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

- Handling ER cases for your region
- Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders
- Keep records up to date
- Responding to high volume queries and case management be responsible for personal time management and allocation time correctly.
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Advise on all people related matters including but not limited to disciplinary, grievance, appeal, performance management and sickness management.
- Communicate between the HR team and stakeholders
- Data Analysis
- reviewing sickness trends, labour turnover, org charts and another other requests.
- Payroll Administration as and when required.
- Positive role model for peers does not engage in negative behaviour that has an impact on the department and others.
- Promote positive Employee Engagement
- Ensure up to date knowledge of employment law and legislation
- You will have a good understanding of HR processes and procedures.

**Profile**
- Experienced in HR and ER cases
- Strive in a fast paced environment
- High communication skill
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Knowledge in employment law
- Computer literate - Microsoft and HR systems
- Attention to detail

**Job Offer**
