Excellent opportunity to with a global company with a staff headcount of over 2000 employees you will be working with the HR Business Partner to support 800 employees in the business. Our client has lots of exciting growth plans and needs an experiencedHR Advisor who can be very hands on and support Senior Stakeholders. You will also need strong ER skills to be successful in this role. Our client offers a hybrid working model and a hot desk system for the HR Team. There is an expectation the HR Advisor would typically be in the office (or on location elsewhere in the business as needs require) three days per week with the opportunity towork from home on a balanced hybrid basis. The role covers a UK-wide portfolio but owing to the successful use of videoconferencing across the business, the need to travel to other locations outside of Warrington is mínimal. The HR Advisor should however be prepared to travel for instances wherea face-to-face meeting is a necessity (often this will be dependent on their own judgement. You are likely to travel elsewhere maybe once every 2-3 months in the current climate. Occasionally an overnight stay may be required. All travel outside of Warringtonis expensed. The Role - The HR Advisor reports into the HR Business Partner responsible for 3 business units and is the sole HR Advisor for a headcount of approximately 800 employees. - The role is predominantly involved in actioning changes required to employee contracts or employee data, which requires completing paperwork, requesting approvals and instructing colleagues in India and Edinburgh via an internal helpdesk system. The roleis also focused on answering employee queries about their employment, company policy, team performance, capability and wellbeing. T - The role is responsible for managing sickness, parental leave, overtime and special leave arrangements as well as handling ad hoc general queries from the business. - The HR Advisor occasionally delivers briefings or training to the business. - Generally, the role involves talking a lot to employees and line managers, using standard templates to send correspondence, ensuring employee changes are documented and files maintained in employee folders. The role is a busy one, keeping on top of day-to-dayproblems and acting as the HR "Go to" for the business while assisting the HR Business Partner to deliver the strategic agenda. - There is a pressing need to work to payroll deadlines and ensure matters are handled quickly and efficiently.
