**About the Role**

As a HR Advisor, you will:

- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Support with a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance and best practice.
- Lead on HR projects that support strategic business goals and improve the overall employee experience.
- Work closely with managers to develop and retain talent, fostering a positive and high-performing workforce.
- Analyse HR data and trends to inform decisions and support continuous improvement.

**What We’re Looking For**

Essential:

- Previous experience in a HR advisor role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in the care sector or a similar setting.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong IT skills, including confidence using HR systems and reporting tools.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to continual improvement.
