Exciting business development opportunity to become a top sales person across three sectors.
**Client Details**
Due to a successful period of growth my client is looking to add Business development executives to their team based in Glasgow.
These are full time permanent roles, paying a basic salary of £25,000 per annum, but with a realistic on target earnings of £35,000 per annum

**Description**
The successful Business Development Executive will:
- Outbound B2B calls to conduct a thorough fact find
- Update in-house databases
- Creating new business, building your own pipeline and striving to exceed your targets
- Responsible for identifying and progressing opportunities for growth within your customers and potential customers to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong long-lasting relationships
**Profile**
- Are driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Have experience working in a sales environment
- Are confident in pro-actively approaching and speaking with people over the phone
- Are excellent in rapport building skills
- Have good communication skills and telephone manner
**Job Offer**
The successful Business Development Executive will receive;
- Salary: Base salary of up to £25,000 (depending on experience) and minimum expected OTE of £8,000 in your first year
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (no weekends or bank holidays)
