As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage incoming work requests from initial contact through to successful completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Take full ownership of work requests, coordinating tasks to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
- Maintain accurate records using our computerised maintenance management system.
- Coordinate complex activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure all work is performed to high-quality standards and complies with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Cover OOH calls on a rota (approx. 1 week per month)

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated excellence in organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and contractors at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and think proactively about necessary actions.
- Highly effective in administrative tasks.
- Computer literate with experience in Windows packages (Excel/Word).
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Background in facilities/maintenance environment is essential.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience using a computerised maintenance management system.

Starting at £25,000k per annum. Negotiable based on experience.
