**About Our Client**:
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Property Maintenance Co-ordinator to join the Leeds branch of a successful, new homes development company. This role will involve speaking to house buyers about any snagging issues, and liaising with contractors accordingly to book in repairs.

As a Property Maintenance Co-ordinator you will;
- Take inbound calls from customers
- Discuss any queries relating to snagging issues
- Ascertain information to understand if the fault is general wear and tear or under warranty
- Speak with contractors to arrange works
- Scheduling various appointments on behalf of the homeowner

**The Successful Applicant**:
As the successful Property Maintenance Co-ordinator you will;
- Have experience within maintenance, facilities or helpdesk
- An interest or knowledge in the property sector
- Be organised in your approach
- Have resilience and a customer focused attitude

**What's on Offer**:
In return for your work as a Property Maintenance Co-ordinator you will; Receive a competitive hourly rate of up to £14 per hour + Weekly pay each Friday + Leeds location + Free parking + Training + Warm and friendly team + Monday to Friday working, 9-5 with flexibility where needed + Immediate start + Contract until at least the end of July + Potential for a permanent opportunity for the right person + 35 hour per week contract.
