Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / 1st& 2nd Line Support Analyst - Peterborough, to £30,000 - Hybrid

Global organisation has a new role for a Servicedesk Analyst with experience for Office365, Windows 10 and ideally Apple Mac who can provide excellent customer service on a Service Desk to UK clients. As a Service Desk Analyst you will be a key part of businessby fixing faults, handling tickets and escalating to 3rd Line Teams where required, ensuring all documentation is current and in line with business needs and by making sure that their IT needs are met. You will have the ability to build brilliant relationshipswhilst working in a time-pressured environment is at the heart of everything you’ll do in this role, so you’ll bring a great attitude to work and have excellent communication and team working skills, the ability to build relationships with customers and canmanage a busy workload in a time-pressured environment

In return you will receive a salary to £30,000, a hybrid approach to working ,a great team environment and superb benefitsa

This role is commutable from Peterborough, Spalding, Boston, Grantham, Melton Mowbray, Stamford, Kings Lynn, Sleaford, Cambridge, Corby Leicester, Kettering, Huntingdon, Wisbech, Ely, Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire
