The most incredible job with the unbelievable benefits and working culture. The Finance Administrator is responsible for NurseryBilling and debt management and to work closely with the Finance team. Key to the role is to provide timely, accurate and compliant accounts receivable parental fee information that enables the organisation at all levels to take informed decisions.

JOB ROLE: Finance Administrator ~ Education

INDUSTRY: Education

SALARY: 27k - 30k

LOCATION: Westminster

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- To monitor and raise the billing and invoicing of a circa £20m sales ledger using Connect.
- To check bills are raised correctly in-line with bookings in Connect and sent to the customers in line with the billing timelines.
- To be able to conduct customer account audits to ensure customer accounts are closed off correctly.
- To manage customer deposits, process refunds and adjust accounts as required. To assist the Parent Services billing & parent Accounts Manager in implementing, maintaining, and auditing the Debt Management Process.
- To ensure company policies and escalation procedures are followed for late payments and debt.
- To undertake ad-hoc analysis and reporting to assist the finance team as required.
- To check grant allocations within Connect have been correctly allocated to eligible children.
- To support team members with uploads from Connect to Funding Loop.
- To ensure that all income recorded on connect is accurately recorded.
- Carry out regular Connect bill payer account audits in line with company policies & procedures, and agreed audit plan, with documented evidence.
- To ensure the fee ticketing system is completed in line with SLAs and all parent queries are answered or escalated when appropriate

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

- Minimum 2 years work experience working with Billing and Customer accounts
- Strong Excel Skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Strong Communication skills IT Literate - Word/ Excel/ Outlook/PowerPoint
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to details E Understanding the dynamics of Social Impact
