Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for precision? Or are you a recent graduate looking for a role to kick start your career in finance? QA Higher Education is looking for a Finance Administrator to join our dynamic Finance team and help power the potential of thousands of learners across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing
As a key player in our Finance QAHE division, you'll be at the heart of our banking and treasury operations. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing bank reconciliations and payment postings
  • Investigating unreconciled transactions
  • Supporting month-end duties and reporting for senior management
  • Assisting with ongoing finance projects
  • Processing company refunds and invoicing
  • Collaborating with the credit control team to meet SLAs and support student communications

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tools including Excel, Word & Teams
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced finance environment.
  • A flexible, team-oriented mindset with a calm approach under pressure
  • A solid understanding of finance functions (beneficial)
