The Zone Manager can expect to earn an hourly rate of £34.00. The hourly rate is paid via an umbrella company; however, a PAYE conversion can be made upon request.
The Zone Manager's key responsibilities for the role include:

- Monitoring if the Hard FM operation and maintenance (including reactive work, planned maintenance and contract work) is safe, complies with statutory and mandatory requirements and meets appropriate standards, quality, and specifications for sites withinallocated zone.
- Acting as the initial point of contact and escalation within allocated zone, providing technical and site knowledge as required.
- Assists with the handover of Capital projects to the Hard FM team as required, ensuring agreed procedures, and required standards are met.
- Contributes to the development of effective Quality Assurance, monitoring, and reporting for Hard FM services.
The Zone Manager must have the following experience or qualifications:

- Experience working within a healthcare environment or other relevant facilities environment
- Experience of auditing or performance managing contracts using KPI's and SLA's
- Experience of undertaking surveys and audits and of using monitoring systems or audit tools.
- Educated to an A-level or able to demonstrate having produced work to equivalent academic level.
- Working knowledge of a Hard FM environment
