**Hard FM Manager**
Hard FM Manager - Band 7
Location: London
Pay £49036 - £55049 (Inc London waiting)
The role requires strong relationship skills, being able to speak to various different stakeholders and managing a team of on-site engineers. The role will be quality driven with the expectation that the highest levels of works are obtained by the onsiteteam and sub-contractors.
**Key duties**
- To ensure that reactive work, planned maintenance and contract work) is safe, complies with statutory and mandatory requirements.
- Manage Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
- Ensure that in-house and contracted services are delivered within the priority allocated on the CAFM system, and in line with SLAs or KPIs.
- Act as initial point for escalation within managed area
- To create effective relationships with internal teams, sub-contractors and Trust clients
- Ensure that contracted services are providing the required quality of work and fulfilling their contract.
- Effectively use CAFM system to monitor Hard FM performance
- Attends site meetings, identifying minor and future works affecting sites within allocated zone.
- Managing onsite team of engineers within allocated zone, giving support where needed and setting expectations.
