MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation who are looking to recruit a Project Manager (Hard FM), to join them for a 6 month assignment.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring all Hard FM capital and minor works are carried out within the agreed areas of responsibility, is of a satisfactory, professional and technical standard and is in line with statutory, Health and Safetystandards and policies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all schemes are effectively managed, comply with all relevant legislation and are kept within the agreed timescales, to budget and to a good quality standard.
- Effectively monitor and progress track all schemes and regularly communicate progress to all relevant parties.
- Participate, and facilitate Capital Projects, witness testing and handover of buildings and refurbishments into the Hard FM and maintenance portfolio
- Foster effective and professional working relationships with the Capital Team, contractors, external specialists, to ensure frontline service needs are understood, continuously met and where possible exceeded
- Representing the Hard FM team as appropriate within key internal or external meetings

**Experience Required**
- You must have a background of delivering Hard FM projects
- Be able to effectively manage projects from inception to completion
- Liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- A background of working in the NHS would be highly advantageous

You will be required to be on site for this role and potentially travel to sites within London. This role will be considered outside IR35.
