Contribute to the development of a compelling business case that outlines the benefits and returns on investment.Embed new processes, people & technologies into the team as needed.End-to-End Project Implementation: Oversee and coordinate all activities related to project implementation, including build/configuration, testing, parallel running, data migration, communication, and training.Proactively identify and escalate any project-related issues and risks to the Director of Finance Transformation. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve these challenges effectively.RequirementsEssential Skills and Experience:All-round Payroll Lead with a deep and diverse understanding of payroll processes, regulations and best practices.Proven track record in managing end-to-end payroll operations, from data collection and processing to tax compliance and payment distribution.Demonstrable experience in implementing and integrating HRIS and payroll software systems.Proficient in working with various payroll systems and software, showcasing the ability to adapt to different platforms and streamline processes efficiently.Experience in implementing and integrating payroll technology solutions is a plus.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high-performance levels.
