Hard FM project Manager (Band 7)
Location: Central London
Length of contract: Temp or Perm
Day rate - £200 - £250
**Key duties**
- Ensure that all Hard FM capital and minor works are carried out within the agreed areas of responsibility, is of a satisfactory, professional and technical standard and is in line with statutory, Health and Safety standards and policies.
- Continually assess the various options for carrying out improvement works. Advising the others, as necessary, of the most practicable and cost-effective options.
- Agree with the Director of Contract Performance & Director of Operations the project plans for all delegated Hard FM schemes in accordance with the capital programme.
- Ensure that all schemes are effectively managed, comply with all relevant legislation and are kept within the agreed timescales, to budget and to a good quality standard.
- Effectively monitor and progress track all schemes and regularly communicate progress to all relevant parties.
- Participate, and facilitate Capital Projects, witness testing and handover of buildings and refurbishments into the Hard FM and maintenance portfolio
- Foster effective and professional working relationships with the Capital Team, contractors, external specialists, and clients.
- Representing the Hard FM team as appropriate within key internal or external meetings.
