LHP are looking for a Customer Service Centre Apprentice to join their team based in Boston
**The Role**
The Customer Service Centre Adviser Apprenticeship is a unique opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Customer Services.
This will provide a fantastic opportunity for someone to make a real impact as the first point of contact for customer communications at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership.
The typical working hours will be given on a shift rotation and will be between Monday - Friday (8:30- 17:30)
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Diagnosing a wide range of repairs and categorising them for distribution to the operatives
- Taking payments from residents for LHP’s services, including setting up direct debits and payment plans.
- Supporting key administrative tasks and delivering LHPs print and post service.
- Creating and updating customer records using the relevant system
- Effectively signposting customers to the relevant internal or external agencies
- Learning to work effectively as part of a team as well as on own initiative, developing excellent communication skills.
You will work towards the completion of a Level 2 Customer Services Practitioner qualification and gain fantastic experience working within a customer service centre environment, aiming to deliver exceptional levels of service to a diverse customer baseon a wide range of queries via multiple different contact channels.

- Regular meetings with your team leader & the Internal talent team to ensure that you are learning at the right pace, and you have all the support you desire
