We are looking for a talented and passionate Professional Services Agent to join BrightTALK’s Managed Services department, working in our Professional Services team based in London. The Professional Services team is responsible for delivering an end to end service to our clients, by being hands on with onboarding and assisting with platform tasks.

The Professional Services team is the global client facing delivery branch of BrightTALK. Our goal is to set up accounts for success and to ensure a smooth experience throughout. We are a team of passionate and creative individuals always looking to improve our products and what we bring to the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client training sessions
- Delivering leads
- Uploading video content
- Setting up connectors to CRM’s

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of HTLM and CRM’s a plus
- Client facing experience
- Great communication skills both with clients and internal teams
- Able to multitask
- Independent worker
