If you’re ready to take on an exciting new challenge and build a rewarding career, we’d love to meet you Your Day-to-Day as a Trainee Estate Agent: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with buyers and tenants, sellers and landlords, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust. Thoroughly qualify buyers and tenants to understand their motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings that align with their preferences and needs. Assess buyers' financial positions and provide recommendations for trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors. Actively manage the conveyancing process by initiating surveys, following up with solicitors, and ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely manner. Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring that it is completed efficiently within an appropriate timeframe.
