Job Title: HR & Recruitment Administrator
Location: Edgbaston (Office Based)
Job Purpose
The HR & Recruitment Administrators duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. You'll also assist in updating policies, processes, and documentswith the support of the Head of HR.
Main
**Responsibilities**:
- Take part and support in company recruitment days
- Complete administration tasks for joiners, leavers and any contract changes ensuring relevant departments are
notified.
- Ensure that all staff personnel changes are documented and updated on appropriate software systems.
- Take HR meeting minutes, when required.
- Issue employee surveys to gather feedback from team at different points of the employee life cycle.
- Ensure Performance and Absence reviews are completed in line with the company polices by completing weekly
reports demonstrating completion.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Organisational skills - personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
are key
- Communication skills - managing diverse personalities and viewpoints. Consequently, emotional intelligence, the
ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital
- Role modelling - As a member of the HR team, you are expected to demonstrate and lead on the values, initiatives,
and culture of the organisation
- IT Skills - Proficient in using MS packages including word and excel
**Benefits**:

- Hours - 37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri 08:00-16:00 / 09:00-17:00)
