Our client is currently seeking an experienced Sales Project Administrator to strengthen their existing team.
A Sales/Project administrator you will play a key administrative role in supporting the sales and project team and provide an important link between the sales team, project manager and clients.
Reporting to Business development managers and the project manager, they work in a challenging and competitive environment, processing all sales and contract related paperwork and arranging appointments for salespeople/passing leads to the BDM's.
Specific responsibilities include dealing with processing sales orders, taking sales phone calls (filtering the calls to relevant sales reps) liaising with production to give customers accurate lead times, assisting where required with project/contract administrationand dealing with customers queries.
