**Job purpose**:
The Project Administrator role sits within the Pulsant PMO team and will provide high quality administrative support to assist in ensuring the successful delivery of all Pulsant services on time, in full and within budget while demonstrating a passion for great client service. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of different projects with a wide range of clients both established and new.

**Key Responsibilities**:
While specific tasks will vary depending on the type and scope of projects and orders, the key activities and responsibilities will include:

- Provide administrative support to the PMO team and assist with the project delivery processes, i.e., document management, data entry using the established project management systems, resource coordination, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with government and safety regulations.
- Create, refresh and submit supplier quote requests. Raise and submit PO’s and hand over to the appropriate Project Executives and Project Managers. Monitor and manage the delivery of products and services required for client projects.
- Collate, maintain and report on statistical information related to the delivery of services.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and third parties as required.
- Assist with the processing and management of service cancellations.
- Provide administrative support to both the Project Management team and the Head of PMO when required.
- Stock management of hardware, both new and returned from ceases.
