GM Packaging Ltd, a leading distributor of disposable catering packaging is seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator. This position is an exciting role and will be perfect for someone who would like to get involved in all aspects of a busy sales department.
**Job description**:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for:
- Answering the phones
- Sales Order Entry into Sage Line 50 software
- Checking stock levels
- Processing credit card payments
- Processing enquiries and quotations
- Assisting the team with any tasks they may need help with
**Skills and experience**:
- Good IT skills to accurately input data
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player with a friendly, helpful mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Strong Microsoft Office Word and Excel Skills
- Previous experience in Sage Line 50 would be an advantage
- IT literate - word & excel
**Salary: Negotiable**
**Hours of work**:
Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5.00pm
Friday: 8.30am - 4.30pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
